1. The actual number of coming students can be changed not over 10% from the booking form.

2. If any booking has been confirmed but later canceled. The NSC hold the absolute right to not approve the later booking. But if a school have any necessity, please send us the paper of causes at least 30 days before the due date. (If not the school needs to pay for the food the first 2 meals.)

3. The dormitory can handle only 120 students. But if any school needs to stay on the date in which a camp existed. A school needs to stay at the homestay nearby. (A school has to pay for a night of THB per night.) Homestay has a capacity of pax.

4. Teacher needs to send a student names in Excel format to us. 15 days before the due date to prepare a certification.

5. A certification will be printed only from the name existed in the file.
